Terms & Conditions
§ 1 Scope
These Terms & Conditions (T&C) apply to the use of the aircargobook platform operated by aircargobook GmbH and all products and services offered through it. Deviating terms of the user shall not apply unless aircargobook GmbH expressly agrees to their validity.
§ 2 Services
aircargobook provides a digital platform for air freight rates, a marketplace, industry news and supplementary tools. The specific scope of services is set out in the respective product description. aircargobook GmbH endeavours to keep the platform available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted accessibility.
§ 3 Registration and conclusion of contract
The use of certain functions requires registration. A usage contract between the user and aircargobook GmbH is concluded upon registration and confirmation of the sign-up. The user is obliged to provide truthful information and to protect their login credentials from third-party access.
§ 4 User obligations
The user undertakes not to misuse the platform, not to post unlawful content and to comply with applicable law. Each user is responsible for the content they post and the data they transmit.
§ 5 Prices and payment
Where paid services are used, the prices displayed at the time of order apply. Details on billing and term result from the respective service or tariff description.
§ 6 Liability
aircargobook GmbH is liable in accordance with statutory provisions. Liability for the accuracy, completeness and legality of content posted by third parties is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
§ 7 Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these T&C be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
